Mobile Health Screening
The 4-Test Health Screening
The standard set for periodic health surveillance at workplaces. Chest X-ray, pulmonary function test, audiometry and complete blood count completed in a single session at your site.
What is the 4-test screening?
The 4-test screening is a periodic test set that evaluates four core indicators of employee health together. The chest X-ray images the respiratory system, the pulmonary function test measures lung capacity, audiometry tracks hearing thresholds and the complete blood count monitors general health.
The set is the most common field practice of health surveillance under Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331. The occupational physician decides which tests apply to each employee and the results support the EK-2 assessment file.
All tests are performed in our mobile health unit. The average time per employee is 15 minutes and production does not stop.
Who needs it?
It applies at hiring and at periodic examination intervals in all workplaces with noise, dust, gas or chemical exposure. The sectors that request it most are listed below.
- Metalworking and press shops
- Cement, ceramics and glass production
- Textile and weaving plants
- Mines and quarries
- Construction sites
- Flour, feed and grain processing
Renewal intervals
The periodic examination interval depends on the hazard class. It is repeated at least every five years in the low hazard class, every three years in the hazardous class and every year in the very hazardous class. The occupational physician may shorten these intervals.

Common questions about the 4-test screening
Which tests does the 4-test screening include?
The set consists of four tests. A digital PA chest X-ray, a pulmonary function test (PFT), audiometry and a complete blood count. ECG, vision screening or additional laboratory panels can be added in the same session at the occupational physician's request.
How long does the screening take?
All four tests are completed in about 15 minutes per employee. Up to 250 employees per vehicle can be screened in a day, with night shift and weekend scheduling available.
How often should it be repeated?
The interval depends on the hazard class. At least every five years in the low hazard class, every three years in the hazardous class and every year in the very hazardous class. The occupational physician may request closer follow-up for high noise or dust exposure.
How is the price set?
Pricing is per person and per test. Headcount, location and additional test requests determine the total. An itemized written quote is sent the same business day and our pricing guide explains the details.
Does the screening replace the pre-employment health report?
The screening is not the report itself but the test infrastructure the report relies on. The results file supports the occupational physician's assessment on the EK-2 form. For low hazard workplaces without a physician, the process can be completed through our partner physician network.
