How It Works
We handle the entire organization, from the screening day to İSG-KATİP assignments. All you share is the employee list.
Share your headcount and your screening and OSGB needs. We send your written quote and a proposed schedule within the same business day.
The screening day is built around your shift plan and employee lists are entered into the barcoded system. On the OSGB side, physician and specialist assignments are completed through İSG-KATİP.
Our mobile health unit completes all tests in about 15 minutes per person without stopping production. Companies that prefer it can have the same tests done by appointment at our fixed centre. Our OHS professionals carry out site visits and trainings on the planned schedule.
Results are delivered digitally with physician approval within 48 to 72 hours. Your EK-2 files, field reports, and annual plans are archived in an inspection-ready format.

Screening results hold up in an inspection only when the service runs on documented infrastructure. Every vehicle, device and process we use in the field can show its paperwork when asked.

Yes. We handle occupational physician, occupational safety specialist, and other health personnel assignments through İSG-KATİP, and we run risk assessment, the emergency plan, and OHS training under the same roof. When you combine this with mobile screening, the whole process comes together in a single contract.
Assignments are made through an electronic contract in the Ministry's İSG-KATİP system and take effect with mutual approval. We calculate the minimum working hours of the physician and the specialist based on your hazard class and worker count, and we build the visit schedule accordingly.
Depending on the test scope, a single vehicle screens an average of 150-250 workers a day. For larger organizations we raise capacity by assigning more than one vehicle and team, and at shift-based sites we also plan for night work.
Blood and urine tests are delivered digitally within 24-48 hours, and radiology and functional test reports within 48-72 hours. Food handler screening (portör) tests that need a culture take 3-5 business days. Urgent findings are reported to your occupational physician the same day.
Our centre is in Ankara. Health screenings are delivered across Türkiye through scheduled appointments. OHS (OSGB) services, however, may by law only be provided in Ankara and the provinces bordering Ankara, so no OHS contract can be issued outside that area. Within Ankara we give scheduling priority to the OSTİM, İvedik, Sincan, and Başkent OSB zones.
