Transparent Pricing Policy

How are mobile health screening prices set?

No hidden items, no surprises. Per-person, per-test pricing with an itemized written quote. This page explains how the price is built before you read your quote.

Employee count

Prices are calculated per person and the unit price drops in steps as headcount grows. Organizations above 100 people reach the most efficient level.

Test scope

Each test is priced separately. A blood and vitals set differs meaningfully from a full set with chest X-ray. What you pay is listed item by item.

Hazard class

The mandatory test list is long in the very hazardous class. We build the quote on the minimum legal set for your class and do not sell you more.

Location and schedule

There is no vehicle transport fee within Ankara. For out-of-town and multi-shift plans the logistics cost is shown separately and clearly.

Count the hidden savings too

With the hospital route the real cost is not the invoice but the lost work time. Half a day to a full day of lost production per employee, plus transport and organization. With mobile screening this drops to about 15 minutes per person. For a 200-person plant that means roughly 100 saved working days .

Common questions about pricing

Why is there no fixed price list on the site?

Because an honest price can only be given once the scope is clear. A basic screening for a 40-person office and a heavy metal panel screening for a 300-person foundry cannot share one list. Instead we prepare an itemized written quote for your headcount and test set within the same business day.

What does the quote include?

Unit prices per test, the total based on headcount, any organization and logistics fees, and the reporting and archive service. No surprise items appear later. The invoice covers exactly what the quote covers.

What are the payment terms?

We work with corporate invoicing and the standard term is 30 days after the screening. Annual contract clients can arrange periodic payment plans.

Should we simply pick the cheapest quote?

Ask about more than the price. Are the device calibration certificates current, are X-rays reported by a radiologist, is the laboratory authorized, are results archived ready for inspection? A cheap but undocumented service costs you twice if it is rejected in an inspection.
