Yes. We handle occupational physician, occupational safety specialist, and other health personnel assignments through İSG-KATİP, and we run risk assessment, the emergency plan, and OHS training under the same roof. When you combine this with mobile screening, the whole process comes together in a single contract.

Assignments are made through an electronic contract in the Ministry's İSG-KATİP system and take effect with mutual approval. We calculate the minimum working hours of the physician and the specialist based on your hazard class and worker count, and we build the visit schedule accordingly.

Depending on the test scope, a single vehicle screens an average of 150-250 workers a day. For larger organizations we raise capacity by assigning more than one vehicle and team, and at shift-based sites we also plan for night work.

Blood and urine tests are delivered digitally within 24-48 hours, and radiology and functional test reports within 48-72 hours. Food handler screening (portör) tests that need a culture take 3-5 business days. Urgent findings are reported to your occupational physician the same day.

Yes. Tests are performed with an authorized laboratory and licensed devices, and radiology images are reported by a specialist physician. The results serve as the basis document for the EK-2 form (Pre-Employment / Periodic Examination) that your occupational physician will prepare, and they can be presented at inspections.

Under Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, a periodic examination is repeated at least once a year in the very hazardous class, once every three years in the hazardous class, and once every five years in the low hazard class. For special exposures such as noise and dust, the occupational physician can ask for more frequent follow-up. We handle the schedule tracking for you.

All data is processed in line with the KVKK. Samples are anonymized with a barcode, results are kept in encrypted systems, and only authorized health personnel and the worker themselves can access them. The employer receives the fitness-for-work result, not the sensitive personal data.

Yes. We review your shift setup at the quote stage and plan the organization within our 09.00-18.00 working hours with the least production loss. For special cases we clarify a suitable on-site flow separately.

For a mobile vehicle organization, a count of 30 or more workers is usually efficient. For smaller teams we can plan a shared screening day with businesses in the same area, or send our sample collection team without the vehicle.

Periodic calibrations of all devices are performed by authorized bodies and their certificates are filed. Our vehicles and teams operate under Provincial Health Directorate permissions, and we share our documents together with the quote file.

For standard organizations, 3-5 business days is enough. During busy periods such as before an inspection or year-end, we recommend planning 2 weeks ahead. For urgent pre-employment report needs, we find a solution within the same week.
