KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data Controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Bella Akademi Sağlık Hizmetleri ("the Company") as the data controller, within the scope described below. Our address is Cumhuriyet Mahallesi Bayındır-1 Sokak No: 14/C, Kızılay / Ankara.

2. Personal Data We Process

When you fill in a quote or contact form on our website, we process your full name, phone number, email address, company name and message content.

During the delivery of health screening services, employee identity data and special category health data (test results) are processed only within the scope required by the applicable legislation and only by medical staff. Screening results are not shared with the employer. The employer receives only the fitness-for-work assessment.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds of Processing

Your form data is processed to respond to your request and to run the quotation process, based on Article 5/2(f) of the KVKK (legitimate interest) and your explicit consent.

Health data is processed only by authorized medical staff, in line with the conditions set out in Article 6 of the KVKK, to fulfill the health surveillance obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the related regulations.

4. Transfer of Data

For laboratory tests, your samples may be transferred to contracted authorized medical laboratories, and to authorized public institutions where legally required. Data is not transferred abroad.

5. Retention Periods

Form data is kept for at most 2 years after your request is closed. Health surveillance records are kept for the statutory periods set by the applicable legislation and are securely destroyed at the end of those periods.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction of your data, to object to results produced against you by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.

You can submit your requests by email to info@bellaakademi.com or in writing to our company address. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

7. Data Security

Your data is protected with encrypted communication (TLS), access authorization, barcoded anonymized sample tracking and regular audits. Only authorized medical staff can access health data.
