Approved risk assessment report plus action plan
Risk assessment is a core obligation placed on every employer by Article 10 of Law No. 6331, with no exemption based on employee count or hazard class. It is among the first documents requested during inspections and the deficiency most frequently subject to administrative fines.
We carry out the work with the team the legislation requires. Our occupational safety specialist and occupational physician are joined by your employee representative and support staff. During the site survey, every department is documented with photographs. Hazards are identified at the source, risks are rated using internationally accepted methods, and you receive an action plan with a responsible person and deadline assigned to every measure.
The report is renewed at least every 2 years in the very hazardous class, 4 in the hazardous class and 6 in the low hazard class. It is also updated in part or in full after relocation, technology or equipment changes, changes in production methods, workplace accidents, occupational diseases or near-miss events, and when required by regulatory changes. We manage the schedule for you.

Can we do the risk assessment with our own team?
The legislation requires the assessment to be led by the employer with a team of an occupational safety specialist, an occupational physician, an employee representative and support staff. As your OSGB we provide the specialist and physician, and the rest of the team comes from your employees. The result is a report that is both compliant and genuinely grounded in your site.
