The occupational health nurse (other health personnel) is the OHS professional whose assignment is mandatory under Article 6 of Law No. 6331 for workplaces in the very hazardous class with 10 or more employees. Workplaces with a full-time occupational physician are exempt from this separate requirement.
Our nurse manages appointment and paperwork flow for pre-employment and periodic examinations, organizes vaccination programs and screening days, tracks first aid supplies and the medicine cabinet, and keeps health records confidential under the occupational physician's supervision. During our mobile screening days, the nurse handles field coordination so your production flow stays uninterrupted.
Minimum working hours depend on employee count. In the very hazardous class, the monthly time per person is 10 minutes for 10-49 employees, 15 minutes for 50-249 employees and 20 minutes for 250 or more employees.

We have a full-time occupational physician. Do we still need to assign other health personnel?
No. The legislation waives the other health personnel requirement in workplaces with a full-time occupational physician. In very hazardous class workplaces served by a part-time physician, a nurse is mandatory when there are 10 or more employees.
