EK-2 report on the same day
The pre-employment health report and the periodic health examination are core employer obligations under Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331. Reports are issued on the EK-2 form annexed to the Regulation on the Duties and Authorities of Occupational Physicians and Other Health Personnel.
Our mobile team completes the test set appropriate for your hazard class (chest X-ray, audiometry, PFT, blood and urine tests, ECG, vision screening) at your workplace in a single session, and the same set runs by appointment at our fixed centre. We deliver the results as a file ready for your occupational physician's EK-2 assessment. For low hazard workplaces without an occupational physician, the report process can be completed end to end through our partner physician network.
Periodic examination frequency depends on the hazard class. It is once a year in the very hazardous class, once every three years in the hazardous class and once every five years in the low hazard class. We manage the schedule for you and send automatic reminder lists for employees whose examinations are coming due.

How long does a pre-employment health report take?
All tests are completed in a single session, at your workplace or at our fixed centre. Once the physician examination is done, the EK-2 report is issued the same day. The supporting laboratory and radiology results are added to the file within 24 to 72 hours.
How long is a pre-employment health report valid?
The report remains valid until the next periodic examination. The renewal interval depends on the hazard class. It is renewed at least every five years in the low hazard class, every three years in the hazardous class and every year in the very hazardous class.
Which tests are included in a pre-employment report?
The test set is determined by the occupational physician based on the hazard class and the nature of the work. The most common set is the 4-test screening consisting of a chest X-ray, pulmonary function test, audiometry and complete blood count. ECG, vision screening and laboratory panels are added when needed.
We do not have an occupational physician. Can you issue the report?
For workplaces in the low hazard class, the examination and report process can be completed with our partner physicians. In the hazardous and very hazardous classes, the report is issued by your occupational physician, and we provide the full testing infrastructure.
Which documents are requested during an inspection?
EK-2 forms, test results and screening records are requested. We archive the entire file digitally per employee and deliver a folder structure you can access in one click before an inspection.
