Health surveillance for plants in Sincan
Sincan's two large organised industrial zones carry a significant share of Ankara's heavy industry. ASO 1st OSB combines furniture, foundry, food, machinery, defence, chemicals and metalworking. In Başkent OSB about 60 percent of production is metallurgy and machinery, followed by defence, chemicals, food and pharmaceuticals.
Silica and metal dust, heat and noise in foundries and metallurgy, chemical exposure in chemical and pharmaceutical production and wood dust in furniture making are the leading risks. You share the employee list and shift plan. A standard screening day is set within 3-5 business days and the written quote is sent the same business day.

How far ahead should the screening day be planned?
For standard organisations 3-5 business days is enough. During busy periods, before inspections and at year end we recommend planning 2 weeks ahead. Plants with high headcounts are served by more than one vehicle and team.
How many employees can be screened in a day?
Depending on the test scope, one vehicle screens an average of 150-250 employees a day. For larger plants we raise capacity by assigning more than one vehicle.
Does production stop on the screening day?
No. Tests are lined up around your shift plan and take about 15 minutes per employee on average. For sites with night shifts, the field schedule can also be set outside office hours.
How does a new employee get a pre-employment report?
No appointment is needed for an individual pre-employment health report. Your employee can come to our Kızılay centre between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm on weekdays or 9.00 am and 1.30 pm on Saturdays and receive the report the same day.
